Our next GLD Pastors’ Wives event will be at our 2023 GLD Conference at Trinity in Deerfield, IL, on October 9-10. We will have an affinity luncheon and afternoon session that I will lead. Twenty GLD couples attended our pastor and wife retreat in April. Stephen and Amy McCausland of Chicago led worship. Scott Distler from the Gaylord EFC gave powerful messages from his book,The Cave: When Ministry Becomes Misery. Dr. Nicholas Perrin, president of TIU, shared key insights on Mary and Martha, along with an update on TIU.
