Client Invitations

If you have a client looking for representation in multiple states that could benefit from an introduction to the SLR network at the Fall 2023 Meeting, please submit their information to Erin for consideration by the Planning Committee. Please note that all invitations must be pre-approved by the Planning Committee.

Fall 2023 Meeting: Hotel Reservation

You can now reserve your hotel room for the Fall Meeting at the Virgin Hotels Nashville!

The room rate is $279/night (+tax). Reservations can be made online or by calling (800) 806-8080 and mentioning the group “State Law Resources Fall Meeting 2023.” The standard room is a “Chamber King,” but we have a limited number of “Chamber 2 Queens” which have two queen beds for family rooms.

Please note the following hotel information and policies:

Check-in: After 3:00 PM

Check-out: Before 12:00 PM

Guarantee Policy - All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

Cancellation Policy – Reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival date will be charged first night’s room rate and applicable taxes.

The room block cutoff is October 25, 2023.

Before the public unveiling, we ask that each firm review their member page and provide any updates... Potential clients and members are often directed to your firm's page on our website for contact information, and it is important to have accurate information available.

When reviewing your firm and contact details, please verify that the following areas are accurate and current:

* Firm bio

* Office address and phone numbers

* Current profile photos (please also check that the photos are high resolution)

* Firm contact profiles

To make changes to your firms' online profile, please email Hannah.
