Register now for the 2023 Family Medicine Spring Forum, scheduled for April 14-16, 2023, at Hilton Bonnet Creek in Orlando FL.

The meeting will be held as a hybrid event, combining a traditional in-person meeting with a virtual platform via live streaming.

Attention Medical Students!

FAFP is launching its first ever Family Medicine Competition, for medical students only. Participation is easy, simply get your fellow classmates to attend the FAFP Spring Forum as an In-Person attendee (virtual participation will not count towards the competition).

The medical school with the highest number of students in attendance will win $1,500 dollars in additional to FAFP sponsorship money! These funds can be used for FMIG events, assistance to attend AAFP's National Conference, July 27 - 29, 2023 and travel expenses to attend FAFP's meetings.

**These addtional funds should be used within a 1 year time frame (Spring 2023 - Spring 2024)

**The money will NOT be awarded to a specific student

It is that time of year that the Florida Academy of Family Physicians will be holding its annual elections for Resident Director slots.

Please see the following 2023 Candidate Form which will need to be submitted to FAFP with your updated CV for consideration. You may also review the 2023-2024 FAFP Resident Guidelines here.

Elected Resident Directors in the past have been 3rd year Residents due in part because they have spent prior years attending Academy meetings and have developed a strong understanding for the Academy.

The application deadline is March 19, 2023
