StoryWalk Kickoff!
Pender County Library partnered with the Town of Burgaw Parks and Recreation department to host their first StoryWalk event on Saturday, July 9. The event  attendees received packets and walked the Osgood Canal Greenway. Along the Greenway, attendees read “Ocean! Waves for All” by Henry Holt. If you were unable to attend the event, do not worry! The story will be available along the Greenway for the month of July! Be on the lookout for future kickoff events when new stories arrive in the future! For more information, please contact Christine LaLonde at (910) 259-1234.
