Elections for the 2022-2023 leadership board are here! Are you interested in joining the ASCE MD YMG leadership board? Elections will be held on August 11th, 2022.

This is a final call for any interested candidates. Please email ym@ascemd.org no later than August 3rd to declare interest in running for a position. Positions include President, Vice President, Secretary (closed), Treasurer, Past President, Membership Chair, and Social Media Chair. We are currently seeking interest in the Social Media Chair position.

PLEASE NOTE: only active dues-paying ASCE members in the ASCE MD Section may run for ASCE MD YMG leadership positions. The current YMG board will review eligibility of all candidates prior to elections.

The current YMG board will reach out to all eligible candidates via email prior to elections, to obtain a short biography of the candidates which will be included in the voting email. Biographies are due to ym@ascemd.org no later than August 6th.

Committees are flexible volunteer positions that are separate from the leadership board, and do not require elections/voting. We are looking for 2 committee positions: Website and Professional Engineering (PE) license. For more information, please email ym@ascemd.org.

Voting will open on August 9th, 2022. An email will be sent out to members to vote on eligible candidates for the 2022-2023 year. The email will include a short biography of each candidate.
