2022-23 MSA/CAP Forms Now Available

Dear NYS Principals and Administrators,

The MSA-CAP forms are now available for the 2022-2023 claim year. Information and forms can be found here.

The opening date of the MSA-CAP system for electronic submissions is expected to be December 31. We will keep you updated.

We will also be scheduling a webinar regarding MSA-CAP submissions once we know when the online system will be opening.
