Hello all,

A bipartisan group of Senators reached an agreement with the President on a $1.2 trillion infrastructure package which includes a five-year reauthorization of federal surface transportation programs. The proposal appears to have gotten over the hurdle of 60 Senate votes needed to avoid a filibuster. The Senate hopes to vote out the legislation by the end of the week and send it to the House which will have its own set of challenges for passage. Please see the attached legislative update for further details including the transportation funding and Arizona impacts.

Sincerely,
Kevin Adam,
