Hello all,

The Governor completed his review of all the legislation that made it to his desk the final week of session on Friday. Barring any referendums, this essentially wraps up the work on this last state legislative regular session. While bills to permanently increase the revenue streams that pay for our transportation infrastructure were killed fairly early, the legislature did appropriate roughly $320 million in one-time State General Fund revenues to highways, roads, bridges and airports.

A comprehensive bill matrix is attached which describes all of the transportation infrastructure-related bills that were introduced this session and their outcomes. A separate list exclusively describes the budget bills that impacted the infrastructure including the list of projects and activities that will be the subject of the one-time revenues.

Sincerely,
Kevin Adam,
Legislative Liaison
