The North Wales Water Authority 2020 Consumer Confidence Reports are now available! We are committed to provide drinking water which meets all state and federal Safe Drinking Water Act Requirements and take great pride in delivering water of the highest quality to our customers.

You’ll be able to tour the facility and learn about the sophisticated treatment processes, all from the comfort of your home.

CUSTOMERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS - The North Wales Water Authority maintains a list of customers who have an essential need for an uninterrupted supply of water(such as in dialysis treatments).
