2019 CCI Alternative Break Report
Hurricanes tore through Puerto Rico, North Carolina and Florida, leaving CCI and all of our volunteers with more work than we have seen in years. We responded with over 35,000 volunteer hours spent towards rebuilding schools, homes, and working with local communities in these disaster areas, CCI was able to make a difference in the communities that needed our help the most.

University of Hartford sends Volunteers to North Carolina
"A group of University of Hartford students spent their spring break giving back through the Alternative Spring Break program sponsored by the  University of Hartford Center for Community Service . The students traveled to Kure Beach, N.C. to participate in hurricane relief efforts in the wake of Hurricane Florence"

Madison College Sends Volunteers to Florida
A group of Madison College students assisting in Hurricane clean up in the Florida Panhandle. Our alternative spring break trips give students the opportunity to help others in need. To be a part of one of next years trips, please fill out Volunteer Team Sign Up Form.
