Pitchbook and the Angel Resource Institute just announced the release of the 2016 HALO Report. Download the report to see the top-ranked Angel groups, get info on the latest trends in your region, find out what industries are most active and whether pre-money valuations are going up or down, and read a special insert on how Angels are investing in minority and female entrepreneurs.


If you are interested in cross-border investing, also take a look at our special insert on Ireland and the impact HBAN is having on early-stage investing in that country.


HOW CAN YOU AND YOUR GROUP GET INVOLVED WITH THE HALO REPORT?
Did you have any new deals so far this year? Simply submit your investments as they happen in our   online portal.  Go to www.arihaloreport.com  to submit your data -- the deadline to get your data in our Q1 reporting is May 10. 

Please note that in order for your group's data to be included in our Halo reporting, you will need to submit the following for each investment:
  • Company name, location and industry/sector
  • Date of investment (month and year)
  • Amount invested by group
  • Total amount raised in round
  • Pre-money valuation
  • Type of investment/round (Series A, etc.)
  • Did this investment have co-investors outside your group?
Data can be submitted through the online portal or by filling out the spreadsheet template. Or, if you prefer, simply email a spreadsheet with your investment data to research@angelresource.org.
