Rebrand ImageIt has been an absolute pleasure to host you and your students during 2011/12 at TELUS Spark, and we are delighted to invite you back for our 2012/13 programs!

More Exciting Programs:

We look forward to welcoming students to the new HD Digital Dome Theatre this year! This state-of-the-art theatre contains software with a highly comprehensive set of astronomical
data from scientists and planetariums worldwide, including the American Museum of Natural History and NASA. Looking Up In Wonder is a NEW Grade 6 Planetarium Show, with strong connections to Sky Science. You can now also add on a Dome Theatre experience for students in Grade 3 and up! The Live Planetarium Show is sure to get your students excited about the night sky and our vast universe, and our feature film, The Last Reef, draws clear connections to the impact our daily lives have on our oceans. We are also excited to be opening the movie Tornado Alley from October 6, 2012.

From this Fall, students can begin accessing programs in the new Digital Media Studio, an interactive space in which students can immerse themselves in the high-tech world of digital content creation.

Our school programs have been tested extensively and are inspired by research in inquiry-based learning. They are relevant to the Alberta Program of Studies, with strong connections to our daily lives.  We provide the space and tools to foster questioning and exploration. You and your students bring your unique perspectives, passion and creativity.
