Get Your MOTR Running!

The MOTR is a small, inexpensive piece of equipment that allows you to train yourself or your clients anywhere while focusing on key principles of alignment, balance, core control and functional movement patterns. Exercises can be easily varied to provide appropriate challenges for clients at any level of fitness from senior citizens to professional athletes. You will learn key positions and exercises on the MOTR as well as sequences and programming for private and group class.

The MOTR (formerly Core Fitness Roller) is honestly the mostportable, versatile apparatus I have ever experienced in the fitness setting. Those who know me, know that I am not at "products" person.  I am only willing to buy or train on something if I am convinced that it
  • Has unique capabilities that cannot be recreated with more simple means
  • Durable and compact (I hate those giant footprint machines!)
  • A versatile multi-tasker

Mark my words, MOTR is going to be the next big thing in gyms; combining the principles and benefits of a Reformer, Step class, Barre, Foam Roller, and Strength/ Resistance classes.

No joke, it is all of those classes in one apparatus the size of a typical foam roller.

Appropriate for anyone with a strong movement background.

WHEN? June 21st and 22nd 10AM-6PM
