Wednesday, 11/8: HALF DAY. Theme is Kindness- if your child normally attends on Wednesdays we will be expecting them in the MAP line at the end of the school day!

Thursday, 11/9: HALF DAY. Theme is Holidays- if you child normally attends on Thursdays, we will be expecting them in the MAP line at the end of the school day!

Friday, 11/10: NO SCHOOL/NO MAP: Enjoy your long weekend!

Wednesday, 11/22: HALF DAY. Theme is MAPsgiving. If your child normally attends on Wednesdays we will be expecting them in the MAP line at the end of the school day!

11/23-11/24: NO SCHOOL/NO MAP: Thanksgiving vacation.

New Clubs Coming

I know we Just talked about this, but indeed a new round of clubs will be coming! Session 1 clubs were a bit shorter than usual, but the second session will be longer, running from December 4 to February. Given that we have a short month with Thanksgiving Break mixed in, we will be introducing clubs midway through the month, then signing up for them the week after Thanksgiving.

Holiday Stroll is Coming!

MAP is a part of the Medfield's Holiday Stroll! Come see us 12/1 in the Library 4pm-8pm in the Periodical Room of the Library for a fun little craft, and some other items for purchase from our friends over at MAP @ the Pfaff!

Tuition Updates

MAP has updated our tuition policy to reflect accepting ACH payments. The full tuition policy can be found on our web site www.medfieldafterschoolprogram.com:

Tuition payments can be made by personal check, via your bank’s online bill pay, by money order, or debited directly from your bank account via and electronic bank to bank payment called ACH (Automatic Clearing House). Cash will not be accepted. Payments are made to the Medfield Afterschool Program or “MAP.” Please include your child’s name on your payment. Tuition payments can be dropped off at your child’s program, placed in MAP’s locked drop box located outside the 2-3 MAP building behind the Wheelock School, or mailed to: MAP, P.O. Box 18, Medfield, MA 02052. ACH payments will be drawn from participating families’ accounts in batches, starting on the 1st of the month and may occur within the first 5 business days of the month.
