Rules: The Contest is limited to local area Chefs. 

Set Up is from 3:00-4:30pm. 

At 4:30 each Chef will be given a Common Secret Ingredient, $35 and 15 Minutes to shop the market for additional items needed to make their best 

Farm to Plate dish.

Judging will begin at 5:45pm

The Market Provides Each Chef With: Booth Space, Prep Table, A Common Protein Ingredient (beef, lamb, pork, chicken), Shared Grill Space and 

Hand Washing Station. 

Each Chef is allowed a Basic Pantry (butter, flour, oil, salt, pepper & three other ingredients of their choice), Their Own Tools & a Burner (optional).
