This week's newsletter include information about bib numbers, our Men's and Women's 5K Professional Fields, training tips and more!


We can't wait to see you on Saturday, April 13th!

Bib numbers have been assigned and are available to view in Athletes' Village. For all U.S. residents, bib numbers will be mailed to your address on file this month. For international entrants, bib numbers will be available for pickup prior to the race on Boston Common.


All entrants can claim their adidas participant shirts before or after the race on Boston Common at the t-shirt tent!

Point32Health: Stop by the 3.2 Recovery Zone

Point32Health is proud to be the presenting sponsor of the Boston 5K. And before the starting bullhorn sounds, or after you cross the finish line, you’re invited to stop by the 3.2 Recovery Zone, an all-in-one warm up and recovery stop sponsored by Point32Health. Here you will have access to several tools designed to help you get ready to run your best race, or recover from it afterwards. Come utilize our stretching areas, foam rollers, and work with our on-site trainers. We’ll even have some giveaways you won’t want to miss, so look for us under the large white tent.

The athletes of Special Olympics dedicate themselves to athletic excellence. The Xtra Mile community uses that same dedication to share inclusion with the endurance sports world through running and cycling events. Set a goal of completing your next race and supporting the idea that inclusion means everyone deserves to set personal athletic goals.

 

Special Olympics Massachusetts has access to some of the biggest endurance events in the northeast. You can also register for your favorite race and through the Xtra Mile platform, you will get access to resources to help you reach your training and fundraising goals.

2024 Boston 5K presented by Point32Health and B.A.A. Invitational Mile Men's and Women's Professional Fields Announced

Fast fields featuring Olympians, Paralympians, rising stars, and recent B.A.A. event winners will take center stage at the Boston 5K presented by Point32Health and B.A.A. Invitational Mile on Saturday, April 13!


The deepest professional field in race history will include more than 100 accomplished athletes from 19 nations, set to square off for prize money and awards in the open, wheelchair, and Para Athletics Divisions.
