Postsecondary Counseling Newsletter

September 5th, 2024

Seniors and Families,

Thank you to those of you who were able to attend last night's Senior & Family Postsecondary night.

If you were unable to attend, please take time to sit down as a family and review the slides closely. There was a lot of important information covered. As a reminder, if you would like to be added to your student's Scoir account so that you can stay informed about their college application plans, please email me and I will send you an invite.

Senior & Family postsecondary night slides

Today during Kyle's class, I worked with the Seniors on applying for scholarships. If you'd like to keep up with what we're doing in College and Career prep during core time, you can do so via these slides: Class of 2025 College and Career Prep running slides

Individual meetings

I am conducting individual appointments with Seniors. I will meet with each senior individually this year at least twice, but students are welcome to meet with me as many times as they need. Please use THIS LINK to schedule an appointment with me. Parents and Caregivers are more than welcome to attend these meetings. Please coordinate with your student about scheduling if you are a parent/caregiver that would like to attend. I am also happy to arrange for parents/caregivers to attend virtually when requested.
