Be sure to get adequate rest as you increase your training volume and plan for easy or off days to aid recovery. Focus on the big picture: every week is a block in your training plan. It is never too early to visualize your best marathon on April 18!” -- Mark Carroll, B.A.A. High Performance Team Coach, two-time Olympian, and 2:10 marathoner.
