Truth in Education has the latest updates on Title IX.
Yesterday, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals declined the Biden-Harris Administration's request to stop the injunctions currently in place against Title IX changes in certain states. These injunctions allow these states to not enforce the Biden-Harris radical gender Title IX changes. The Appeals Court referenced the Supreme Court's decision a few weeks ago to also reject the Biden-Harris request to enforce these changes put in place by unelected leftist bureaucrats.
As a reminder, the Title IX rewrite changes the language to mandate that males pretending to be female be given all the rights afforded to women by Title IX, including access to private spaces. It also removes due process procedures for sexual harassment charges. This means boys and men in educational settings can be accused anonymously of sex crimes, and have no legal recourse to fight the charges. These unconstitutional changes are detrimental to both women and men.
For now, because of the swift and beneficial action by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Title IX changes are not in effect in the state of Georgia. Our children are protected for the time being. The Biden-Harris Administration will continue their relentless attack on students' rights and safety, and Truth in Education will persevere and keep you informed on the latest news that affect our children.
