Louise made her mark in the pensions and employee benefits industry at the turn of the millennium, beginning her journey at Zurich Life. With almost two decades of experience under, Louise has traversed various roles encompassing wealth management, financial services, and operations management, including notable stints at AON, Doyle Pension Management and Orca Financial. In 2018, Louise transitioned to NFP as a operations manager, where she now serves as the Operations Director. In this pivotal role, Louise oversees the seamless execution of NFP's operational controls and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery to clients.

Doireann O’Daly is a Senior Associate in the Dublin office of Dechert LLP where she practices financial services law. She is a trusted advisor for clients in relation to the launch and ongoing management of investment funds, including UCITS and AIFs. Her clients include investment managers, UCITS management companies and alternative investment fund managers.
