Fiona Buckley

Motivational Speaker, She Speaks Agency


Fiona is an award winning international keynote speaker, Executive & Empowerment Coach, Leadership and Teams Facilitator and Thought Leader. Fiona is also CEO of the ‘She Speaks Agency’ – Ireland’s first female speakers agency. Fiona’s main areas of focus are on: Leadership, Work Behaviour, Team Dynamics, Workplace Relationships, Empowerment, Personal Impact, Resilience, Emotional Intelligence, Motivation, Our Inner Critic, Ways of working, Wellbeing, Women in Business. Fiona holds a master’s degree from DCU in Work Behaviour and Occupational Psychology, alongside further qualifications in Business, Training, Employment Law, Mediation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Executive coaching and Team Coaching. Sinead Cullen

Head of Wealth and Financial Planning, NFP Ireland


Sinead is the Head of Wealth and Financial Planning at NFP Ireland and is a Chartered Tax Adviser. With over two decades of experience in the finance and pension industry, Sinead has navigated various roles across product development, pensions technical, and tax advisory, serving both the intermediary market and direct clients. She has also served as a Trustee on a significant Defined Benefit pension scheme. Sinead possesses a keen interest in economic and pension policy, contributing to her role's effectiveness in supporting NFP's Financial Planning team. Her primary focus lies in delivering tailored lifetime planning solutions to private clients and business owners whilst collaborating with companies to advocate for financial wellness initiatives.


Louise Gallagher

Operations Director, NFP Ireland


Louise made her mark in the pensions and employee benefits industry at the turn of the millennium, beginning her journey at Zurich Life. With almost two decades of experience under, Louise has traversed various roles encompassing wealth management, financial services, and operations management, including notable stints at AON, Doyle Pension Management and Orca Financial. In 2018, Louise transitioned to NFP as a operations manager, where she now serves as the Operations Director. In this pivotal role, Louise oversees the seamless execution of NFP's operational controls and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery to clients.


Doireann O’Daly

Senior Associate, Dechert LLP


Doireann O’Daly is a Senior Associate in the Dublin office of Dechert LLP where she practices financial services law. She is a trusted advisor for clients in relation to the launch and ongoing management of investment funds, including UCITS and AIFs. Her clients include investment managers, UCITS management companies and alternative investment fund managers. With almost a decade of experience, she advises many of the world's leading asset management companies, financial institutions and service providers carrying on business in Ireland or through Irish vehicles. She also has extensive experience advising international clients in relation to European and Irish legal and regulatory developments.
