Mona El Isa
Co-founder, CEO, Melonport

Mona El Isa started her career as a star-trader at Goldman Sachs, promoted Vice President at the age of 26. Forbes Magazine (2011) included her in its «top 30 under 30» list. Subsequently, she worked for the macro fund Jabre Capital in Geneva until founding Melonport. The firm is building Melon, a blockchain software for asset management.

Olga Feldmeier
Founder, CEO, Smart Valor

Olga Feldmeier has worked in the financial services sector for Barclays Capital, UBS Wealth Management and BCG. Prior to founding Smart Valor, Olga held the position of Commercial Managing Partner at prominent Silicon Valley Bitcoin startup Xapo. Olga is a founding member of the Crypto Valley community, and the producer of the ICO Summit, the blockchain conference in Switzerland. Smart Valor is a Swiss-based blockchain start-up building a decentralized marketplace for tokenized alternative investments.

Maximilian Groth
Co-founder, Managing Partner, Decentriq

Maximilian Groth started his career at Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and Glencore. He then worked for 3 years at Teralytics, a data analytics company, where he was in charge of Business Development. In 2017, Maximilian co-founded Decentriq in Zug. The company is enabling investment-grade products and services for participation in the development of the distributed ledger technology ecosystem. He is also a board member of the company CCBA (CryptoCurrency & Blockchain Assets), a Wealth Manager for digital assets also based in Zug.

Nick Beglinger
Co-founder, CEO, C21 Foundation

Nick Beglinger's professional focus is sustainable development at the crossroads of finance, innovation, and regulation. He addresses competitiveness issues in the light of emission reduction targets and carbon pricing. Between late 2009 and early 2016, Nick acted as the president of the Swiss business association swisscleantech and thereby influenced the country’s climate and energy policy.

Lamine Brahimi
Co-founder, Managing Partner, Taurus Group

Lamine Brahimi spent a few years at McKinsey & Company before joining Lombard Odier, most recently as Deputy COO and Head Digitization. Lamine co-founded Taurus Group, a Swiss company building the next generation platform to trade (regulated exchange), invest (investment solutions), and protect (highly-secure vault solutions) digital assets such as bitcoin, ether, ripple etc.

Killian O'Hagan
FX Derivatives Application Specialist, Bloomberg

Killian O'Hagan has been working for Bloomberg more than 10 years. He is currently responsible for driving usage and sales of Bloomberg's FX derivatives product amongst their high-level FX clients.
