Roisin Addleston
Principal, Carne Group

Roisin is a highly experienced fund director and brings extensive legal and regulatory expertise to the fund boards she sits on. She has been involved in investment funds for over 25 years, and has been an independent director for over ten years. She is very familiar with the local requirements of the Cayman Islands, having worked as a lawyer there from 1996. She also acted as senior listings executive for the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (CSX) in 1998-2000 and has been on the board there for over ten years. She is currently Vice Chairman of the CSX board. Roisin offers in-depth knowledge of many of the regulatory compliance issues faced by funds domiciled in the Cayman Islands.

Claire Loebell
Director, R&H Restructuring

Claire is an insolvency practitioner and qualified accountant in the Cayman Islands and is a Director of R&H Restructuring (Cayman) Ltd. She has over 16 years of experience in liquidations and complex cross border disputes. Claire’s experience has a particular focus on financial services and she advises investor groups, investment managers, directors and other stakeholders on the wind down of structures. She regularly acts as a Liquidator appointed by the Grand Court in the Cayman Islands. Claire is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and is a Member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association in the UK. She is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, INSOL and RISA

Katie Pearson
Partner, Harney Westwood & Riegels

Katie Pearson is a partner in the firm’s Cayman office and an experienced Cayman litigator. She has particular expertise in shareholder disputes (including share valuation disputes), hedge fund disputes, fraud and asset recovery (including urgent applications for emergency relief such as freezing injunctions and disclosure orders, and the appointment of receivers and liquidators), contractual disputes and trusts litigation.

Jessica Williams is a partner in our Litigation and Insolvency practice group in the Cayman Islands office.
