Bindi Karia is currently in the process of setting up a new venture. She was Business Productivity Advisor for FinServ C-Level Execs at Microsoft. Bindi has also worked as Associate Director in Interregnum, Business development Manager at Trayport, Strategy Management Consultant at PwC Consulting and Senior Business Analyst at Datamonitor.
In 2015, Bindi was named Asian Women of the Year at the UK Asian Achievers Awards. In 2014, London Evening Standard named Bindi as part of the Silicon 60 and Top 1000 Influential Londoners, and GQ Magazine as Britain’s 100 Most Influential Women list. She has also been named by the Guardian as one of the Ten Women in Tech to meet; by Tech City News as one of the 25 faces behind the success of Europe’s fastest growing Tech Cluster. She is a regular speaker and judge at Technology Events across Europe.
Bindi is incredibly passionate about all things startup in Europe and connecting the dots between Investors, Founders and Corporates, and as a result has worked in and around technology startups for most of her career.
She sits on many Industry Advisory Boards including Startup Europe, Tech London Advocates and Up Global Europe. She’s an active mentor at top London Incubators including Seedcamp, TechStars, Startupbootcamp, WAYRA, JLab, Microsoft Ventures & Level39.
Bindi was born in the UK, raised in Canada, her entire family is from Kenya, but the lure of Europe bought her back and kept her there!

Tugce Ergul is a co-founder at Angel Labs, a global "investor accelerator" based in Silicon Valley. With a presence in more than 40 countries, Angel Labs is the world's first investor accelerator with a focus on supercharging investor ecosystems all around the world and building connected & educated investor groups. Angel Labs' goal is to make an impact on the liquidity side of the entrepreneurial equation, democratize venture capital and create smart capital for entrepreneurs.
Tugce has been and continues to be a national and international consultant and speaker on economic development, angel and venture financing for numerous countries and NGOs including the EU and OECD. Tugce has worked closely with several countries on their national entrepreneurship programs and with digital & media companies on their startup partnerships.Tugce is also the Chapter Lead of Girls in Tech Italy, an international organization focused on the empowerment, engagement and education of women in tech.
Tugce started her career as an investment banker and was working at Young Turk Ventures, a leading Turkish VC fund, before joining Startup Labs. She received her undergraduate degree in Finance from Sorbonne University with honors, and holds a master’s degree in International Management from Bocconi. Tugce is an active member of the European VC network and regularly speaks at events around the world regarding entrepreneurship, economic development and technology. She is fluent in English, French, Turkish, Azeri, Spanish, Italian and speaks some Portuguese. Tugce’s work has been featured in many publications such as USA Today, Forbes, and The Guardian.
