Michael Megaw
Managing Director and Global Head of Regulatory Solutions, SS&C
Michael Megaw has worked with SS&C GlobeOp since 2004. Most recently he headed SS&C’s launch of its Regulatory platform. SS&C’s Regulatory platform assists clients with their regulatory needs including Form PF, CPO-PQR, FATCA, Annex IV, 13F, and Solvency II, which has grown to over 400+ clients. Additionally, he manages SS&C’s new product suite of E-investor, Insight and Optimize. E-investor gives clients the ability to complete Investor documentation online. Insight is a product that allows Fund managers to do portfolio analytics and attribution analysis. Optimize is a tax solution that allows managers to view on a real time basis the tax implications of their portfolio, and assists in maximizing the tax efficiency of trading decisions. Prior to 2012 Mr. Megaw managed part of the SS&C GlobeOp fund administration business, helping it grow into one of the top three fund administration businesses in the world. Prior to joining SS&C, he worked in the assurance business of Eisner–Amper, (formerly Eisner LLP). Mr. Megaw earned a Master of Business Administration from the New York University Stern School of Business, and graduated from Franklin and Marshall College.
Lores Schwind
Senior Manager, Robotics and Intelligent Automation, EY
Lores is a senior manager at EY in the Robotics and Intelligent Automation (R&IA) practice.
She is an accomplished professional with more than 20 years of successful achievements leading business process and digital transformation. She provides clients with advisory support throughout the Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Optical Character Recognition (iOCR), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services Center (SSC), and Strategic Sourcing.
She holds a Graduate School of Banking (GSB) degree from the University of Wisconsin, a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois, UiPath BA, WorkFusion SPA, ITIL V3, Prosci Change Management, and Six Sigma Certifications.
Lisa Choi
Principal, Financial Services Risk Management, EY
Lisa is a Principal in EY’s Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice located in New York, where she specializes in financial risk management (regulatory reform agenda, structural change and advising on business solutions in the capital markets). Lisa is the co-lead of our Structural Reform and Enterprise Resiliency offerings which includes Resolution and Recovery Planning and related capabilities development (including financial, operational and structural capabilities). Lisa has held various management positions in financial services for over 25 years.
Lisa holds a BA from Smith College and an MBA from Columbia University.
