Introducing Dinny:

Dinny was born in Connecticut and moved to Truckee in 1987 from Santa Barbara. After being a Truckee Realtor for 26 years, she retired and now lives in Washoe Valley.  

She became a student of A Course in Miracles in 1985. Then she began to work with Colin Tipping as a Attitudinal Healer and Radical Forgiveness Coach. 

Dinny's been following Abraham since 2004, including attending over 30 workshops and six cruises. In 2009 Dinny began to lead the Abraham study group at For Goodness Sake in Truckee and continued it up until its closing. The class was moved online during the pandemic.

This Sunday morning Dinny will be sharing via Zoom an overview of Abraham and what her years of studying Abraham-Hicks have meant to her.

Introducing "Abraham":

The Abraham in Abraham-Hicks has been described as “a group consciousness from the non-physical dimension” which communicates to us about source, energy, love and the Law of Attraction, through motivational speaker and author, Esther Hicks.

Since 1986 tens of thousands of people have engaged with Abraham's teachings. For some it's self-help or answers to life's great questions. For others it's simply a way to feel good and allow the Universe to provide all that is desired. Ultimately it's about experiencing joy and well-being, and creating the life you want--where all questions are encouraged.

Spiritual Practice of the Week:

Opening the Door

to a New Life



In "Creative Mind and Success" (page 23), Ernest Holmes writes, “You can attract only that which you first mentally become and feel yourself to be in reality, without any doubting.” 

Building our faith muscle opens the door to dissolving doubts and allows our New Life to emerge. This week, we will use chanting to ground in faith. For five minutes each day (you may wish to set a timer), close your eyes and chant, “I am grounded in the faith of God.” After the period of chanting, take time to journal on any insights from this spiritual practice
