Current members complete the new season’s registration platform, annual registration fee(s) will be charged upon completion of registration process.

CA Annual Meeting at Topspin all families plan to attend.

Deadline to register to receive registration team t-shirts included with registration.

Monthly billing begins 2024-2025 season charged to active accounts.  

College of Columbia and Topspin practice schedules have been modified to accommodate the current membership and interest in our program. Please review the practice schedule by clicking HERE.

Specifically, Columbia College High Performance swimmers will practice at Topspin site Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturdays with their HP Topspin teammates. Bronze and Seekers are on the same days starting at the same time. We are not offering Stay Fit at Columbia College instead expanding the space available for seniors, Gold and Silver.  

Topspin now has two (2) different Bronze Groups for families to choose from- MW Bronze that starts at 4:00p, and a TTH Bronze group that starts at 3:45p alongside the 3:45p Seekers group.

Thursday PM: Swimmers need to arrive at 3:45 pm. Warm ups begins at 4:00 pm.

Friday AM:Swimmers need to arrive at 7:25 am. Warm ups begins at 7:40 am.

Friday 10 & U 400: Swimmers need to arrive at 11:30 am. Warm ups begins at 11:45 pm.

Friday FINALS: Swimmers need to arrive at 3:45 pm. Warm ups begins at 4:00 pm.

Sat AM: Swimmers need to arrive at 6:45 am. Warm ups begins at 7:00 am.

Sat 10 & U: Swimmers need to arrive at 11:50 am. Warm ups begins at 12:05 am.

Sat FINALS:Swimmers need to arrive at 3:45 pm. Warm ups begins at 4:00 pm.

Sunday AM: Swimmers need to arrive at 7:25 am. Warm ups begins at 7:40 am.

Sunday 10 & U: Swimmers need to arrive at 1:45 pm. Warm ups begins at 7:40 am.

Sunday FINALS: Swimmers need to arrive at 4:15 pm. Warm ups begins at 4:30 pm.

SHIRT ORDER: Thursday - any CA black shirt; Friday - black; Saturday - Gray; Sunday - red

TIMERS: Swimmers will need to provide their own timer for the 800, 1500 and 10&U 400 frees.

Thunderstorm Policies:

Swimming during a storm is NOT allowed at any of our sites. When on duty, lifeguards and facility monitors have the authority and will make the call; CA is required to comply. When no lifeguards are on duty, the CA coaching staff is responsible for knowing the weather situation and making the appropriate call. Again, no swimming is allowed during severe weather, so the coaching staff is responsible for clearing the pool when necessary. For safety purposes, coaches will encourage swimmers who drive to call parents before leaving the facility to get the okay to drive home.

Inclement Weather



In the case of inclement weather, Coach Pam, Coach Kelly, and Coach Jeremy are responsible for announcing the plan for the day. CA puts safety first. If the roads are too dangerous, practices will be cancelled or adjusted so that all groups have an earlier time slot and are able to get home before dark.

If the schedule is changed, then this information is sent out to the coaching staff, and membership by 2:30 pm. We follow what our school districts decide, so if they cancel after school activities and/or let school out early because they deem the situation dangerous, we will cancel practice.
