On January 2nd, the WRAC WINTER 30-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE gets underway! We are committed to building a partnership with you by providing accountability and confidence building so you can achieve your personal best. The Challenge is meant to help you create the discipline necessary well beyond the 30 days. But it all starts with you. Commit now to the 30-day Challenge and make 2024 your best year yet!

TRISTA BAIS joined the WRAC team in January of 2023. You'll see her smiling face at the front desk or working hard in the weight room.

She is Certified through ISSA and is also a 2 time Pro card competitor with PLA. 


She knew she wanted to have a career where she could make a difference in someone's life and being a trainer allows her that feeling. Trista says, "to use what I'm good at and help my clients become the best version of themselves is the best feeling in the world." 


In her free time she enjoys time spent with her grandma, hiking, and cats: Calypso and Bug.

As a trainer welcome, Trista is offering a training special for new clients.
