2015 is a classic vintage. The Bastienne is showing a nuanced mélange of brambly black cherry, blackberry and currant with tobacco and saddle leather peaking through. 2015 Chateau La Bastienne Montagne Saint Emilion is a “stupid good wine” at $27.
