We've Got Talent - Sold Out - Smash Hit!
More Than $18,000 Raised So Far! Give Today.
Last Friday, LUM presented We've Got Talent, an amateur talent showcase judged by local experts. The array of performers amazed the packed audience, who responded with enthusiastic cheers and applause for each act. Judges provided immediate feedback and ultimately selected Onyx Uzomah as the champion and Kory Pritchett as the runner-up. Additionally, the attendees selected the Audience Choice Awards: Onyx Uzomah as the most creative, Kory Pritchett as the most entertaining, and Richard VonTersch as the most inspiring.

The event was not only electrifying but also served a noble cause, supporting the LUM Good Samaritan Fund—a vital emergency financial assistance resource for local families. We've Got Talent has already raised more than $18,000 for the LUM Good Samaritan Fund, providing a significant boost to the LUM Financial Assistance Program.

LUM We've Got Talent could not have been possible without our attendees and sponsor, First Farmers Bank & Trust, who gave generously. LUM would also like to thank the talent, the judges, and our host, St. Andrew United Methodist Church; our caterer, Lafayette Brewing Company; and our photographer, Brenton Russell. It was a true community event, showcasing the amazing local talent, and raising funds for local emergency financial assistance for rent, utility bills, prescription medications, and more.
