Dr. Igor Kraiz, Chief Medical Officer at Hospital #5 in Kharkiv, Ukraine, will be speaking at Chatham UMC on July 28, 2024 at the 10 AM worship service! We are thrilled to welcome him and his family once again. They first visited us in June, 2022. See picture below. Chatham UMC has continued to send funds to his hospital to support their care for the sick and wounded during this prolonged war in their county and city.

To celebrate Travis Klug's 6th birthday on July 11th.

The 10:00 AM service on July 14th will feature Henry Arnold, piano, performing the prelude and members of the Wesley Ringers with Peter Hill, piano, performing Träumerei by Robert Schumann. Join us!


The Ukulele Orchestra will next meet on Saturday, July 13th at 10:00 AM. For more information please contact Peter Hill, Director of Music Ministries at petepiano@mac.com. 


During the Summer there will be two Summer, pick-up choir opportunities on Sunday, July 21st and Sunday, August 18th. On both Sundays, singers will meet at 9:00 AM in the Music Room to learn an easy anthem to sing for the 10:00 AM service. All singers, whether you are a member of the Covenant Choir or a guest, are welcome to sing!

We are grateful for all who were part of our Sunday Morning Faith Formation Groups this past year.

Ministry Opportunity at CUMC!



The Staff Parish Relations Committee is looking to hire a Director of Children's Education and Youth Ministry. This is a part time job of 25-27 hours per week, with salary commensurate with experience.
