Tracey Gear upgrades their CNC Grinding capabilities

TRACEY GEAR & PRECISION SHAFT NEWS

We are happy to announce we installed a new Studer favorit cylindrical grinding machine. This new machine will increase our CNC Grinding capabilites up to 1600mm (63") between centers and 175mm (6.9") OD with a MAX weight of 150kg (330 lbs) / part.

We are excited about expanding our abilities to make your parts.

TRACEY GEAR & PRECISION SHAFT TURNS 78!

On April 12, 1945, Leo Tracey submitted his resignation to Potter & Johnson and officially began Tracey Gear. Initially working out of his garage, Leo moved into his custom-built building in 1953.

Fast forward to 2023, and the 3rd generation is proud to keep Leo's legacy alive.
