Join us as we celebrate the accomplishments of our graduates during worship service this Sunday, June 2 at 10 AM.

Charge Conference

There will be a Charge Conference this Sunday, June 2 immediately following the 10 AM worship service to approve the compensation for the incoming pastor.

Youth Group

Saddle up and mosey on down to the Youth Center this Sunday, June 2 from 5-7 PM for dinner and games to honor our graduating seniors and welcome the rising 7th graders! All Messiah youth, their families and those in service with our youth are invited to join us.

Meet at the Cross

Join us this coming Wednesday at 6:30PM for our very first Meet at the Cross! Every Wednesday this summer we will host a different activity for you enjoy along with a tasty dessert and great company. All ages are welcome!

Our activity this week is part of an exciting new ministry called Art in the Spirit, hosted by Meredith Lamarche. We'll explore how art-making can be an act of worship, celebrating creativity and creation.

Our kickoff project is a Mosaic Tile Collage, and it's designed for everyone! No prior experience is necessary, and people of all ages are welcome to join in the fun and create with us!

A Night at the Opera

Join us on Saturday, June 8 at 4 PM for the grand finale of our Music at Messiah concert series with a dazzling cabaret-style event, A Night at the Opera. Whether you're an opera aficionado or a newcomer, you're in for a treat with an array of solos, ensembles, and thrilling numbers including familiar favorites from the likes of Gilbert and Sullivan and Leonard Bernstein. 

Featuring our Chancel Choir, section leaders, and talented musicians from our community, this concert is free to attend, and everyone is invited to experience the magic of opera!

Pastor Reggie's Retirement Celebration

After a decade of dedicated service to Messiah, Pastor Reggie Tuck is entering retirement. Let's come together to honor his contributions and send him off with joy after the worship service on June 9. Worship starts at 10AM, followed by a festive celebration!

We're gathering love offerings, heartfelt messages, and prayers for Reggie each Sunday. Contributions can be made in cash, via Venmo (@Reginald-Tuck), or by check payable to Reginald Tuck (not to Messiah).

Your help is needed on Saturday, June 8, to prepare for the picnic. Additionally, we're looking for volunteers to serve during Sunday's celebration and to contribute side dishes for everyone to enjoy. Please sign up if you would like to help!

Time flys, and summer is almost here! This edition of Keeping Up with Messiah reflects on the events of the past five months. We are so excited about the connections we've formed together! Looking ahead, we're excited about the possibilities and can't wait to see what we'll accomplish together in the months ahead!

Messiah Preschool offers classes for ages 19months through 4 years old. Our play-based curriculum uses sensory and pretend play, STEM projects, process art, cooking and MORE, which allows for each child to have a developmentally appropriate preschool experience. Our guiding philosophy is that children learn best about themselves and their environment in an atmosphere where a variety of experiences exist and achievement pressures are minimized.
