With summer travel plans brewing and days growing longer for hikes, swims, and sports of all kinds, now is a good time to reflect on our intentions for these precious months. Maybe what we most need is to spend some time in the "thin places" of our lives--those sweet sacred spots where we feel in touch with the divine presence and our true selves.

Dr. Michelle Harcha

Sunday, July 7th at Unity of Delaware

"Developing My Spiritual Resilience" (10:30 service)

"Emotional Resilience in Challenging Times"

On July 7th Dr. Michelle Harcha will explore the importance of cultivating a strong spiritual foundation to help navigate life's challenges. Spiritual wellbeing and emotional resilience are deeply connected, and a deep faith can provide comfort, strength, and guidance through difficult times.

After a break for refreshments, she will facilitate a workshop, "Emotional Resilience in Challenging Times," which will focus on how we can build skills to cope with stress, manage emotions, and maintain a positive mindset in the face of adversity. Participants will leave "equipped with practical techniques to enhance their resilience in the face of life's challenges."

Donation basis.

We'll be hosting our annual summer concert on August 17th, featuring the rich musical talents of our members and friends. Unity Church of Delaware's mission is to cultivate our oneness with God through love, learning, prayer and service.

Unity offers practical spiritual teachings that empower kind,
abundant, and meaningful living.
