The Great Wave of Compassion
Reach heART on the Road
is popping up again to virtually gather for an art workshop on SELF-COMPASSION! This project is inspired by Hokusai's famous print of "The Great Wave off Kanagawa" and will help us to explore ways we can develop a visual, self-compassionate "toolbox" that will help us stay afloat when the turbulent waves of challenge arise!
