Greetings!

As our year comes to a close and graduation nears, we are still working hard, but wanted to update you on a number of projects we have completed. We have lots to share and hope you will scroll all the way to the end.
Our 2019 Restore the Roar was a huge success and so much fun! We are incredibly proud to share that we raised $125,000 and want to thank ALL our donors, sponsors, vendors and attendees, but especially The Galloway Foundation (Jere Daniels) for their $50,000 match. Take a look at our Restore the Roar 2019 video, in case you missed it.
This event helps raise funds for so many needed projects at WPHS and Showalter Field and we are thrilled to now be able to start the renovations in the WPHS Student Media Center and purchase 90 TI-Nspire CX II and TI-Nspire CX II CAS graphing calculators for our WPHS Mathematical Department. We continue to be focused on supporting a wide variety of efforts in support of our WPHS students.
Thank you to our WPHS extended community, we are beyond grateful for ALL your support. If you were not able to attend, make sure you make it next year!

Save the date: February 22, 2020!

A Special Thank You to ALL Our 2019 Restore the Roar

Our Spring Grant was announced... and we are thrilled to support the Math Support Center, run by our WPHS Math Coach, Kate Demory. Ms. Demory is an amazing teacher and her efforts in helping students have an extra resource for math is something we are proud to support.
We are saddened to share that one of our members, Derek Gwinn passed away suddenly a few weeks ago. He truly loved WPHS and did so much for our kids, our school, our community, as well as our Foundation. He leaves behind two children (one at WPHS) and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Read his obituary here, but we know his spirit will live on at WPHS. In Derek's memory, we say...

Go Cats!

We LOVE Coach Craig Russell and happy we were able to purchase this amazing lawnmower for our Winter Park HS Athletic Dept and ALL our amazing WPHS Athletes!

It takes a team and we have that in spades and a properly manicured field is at the top of that list. As Coach Russell says...
