Scanning to Hosted FLEX

Users on 'Hosted FLEX' can now scan documents directly onto a patients record in FLEX with our new scanning software.

With one click a document is scanned, uploaded and attached to the patient record - job done!

Hosted FLEX users, contact support if you would like to know more and to have FLEX Scanning installed.

Anonymise A5 Order

In the latest version, 1.5.6.x, a branch option has been added, 'Hide Px details on one side', which when activated will remove identifiable patient data from the right hand copy of the order on the 'Dual A5 Order Report'

Data Migration Analyst

This week, it's the turn of one of our development department, 'Steve Millar', to tell us about himself....

"For the past 10 years I have worked as a teacher and have made the switch to data migration here at Optinet. I am looking forward to migrating new customers onto flex to start their journey with us.

In my spare time I enjoy tinkering with and riding my bike although I don’t get as much time to do that as I used to now I have a young daughter running around.
