The development team have been busy this week, working on a way to display proportional height slots based on the appointment length.

We think it makes the diary clearer and easier to read but ultimately we would like your feedback as to whether this is an improvement and should it make it into the next FLEX release - have your say in the poll below.

Business Performance Targets

Setting specific goals helps business owners set a clear direction for their team - making that goal or target measurable allows adjustments to be made along the way to ensure goals are met.

FLEX allows targets to be set for the business and for individual staff members.

• To set the Branch target, navigate to Menu - Setup - Branch - Integration tab.
• To set the Staff targets, navigate to Menu - Setup - Staff / Roles

Progress can be tracked using the 'Business Performance Dashboard'

• To view the dashboard, navigate to Business Intelligence - Dashboards
