Mail merging Clinical Assessment Results

Clinical record assessment questions / procedures can be customised to suit the needs of the practice - their results can be mail merged into letter templates.

Merge fields exist for each procedure in the clinical assessment, with options for R:L combined or Right / Left individually.

Dispense Options

Did you know there are additional options available in the dispense screen, simply right-click on the tab header for a pair to reveal the available options:

• New Pair
• Create a new pair tab where you can a specify a new pair.

• Copy Pair
• Creates a new pair tab, allowing the user to select items from the currently selected pair first - additional notes can also be added.

• Remake Pair:
• Creates a new pair tab, allowing the user to select items from the currently selected pair first - additional remake prices can be added, a remake reason can be chosen and notes can also be added. The pair will be marked as 'Remake' for the purposed of dashboards / statistics.

• Reglaze Pair:
• Creates a new pair tab, allowing the user to select items from the currently selected pair first - the frame is automatically selected. A reglaze reason can be chosen and notes can also be added. The pair will be marked as 'Reglazed' for the purposed of dashboards / statistics.

• Delete Pair:
• Deletes the currently selected pair (confirmation dialog is displayed)

• Post To Till:
• Posts the currently selected pair to the till

• Create Order:
• Creates an order for the currently selected pair, if an order hasn't already been created

Address Book

Press 'F3' on your keyboard to open the supplier address book where you can quickly access contact names, telephone numbers, email addresses, account numbers and website addresses.
