The work has now been completed to integrate FLEX with the Electronic Eye Referral System (EeRS).

We are looking for a practice in the Greater Manchester area to join our early access group and take part in the pilot programme.

Schedule Stock Promotions
Plan your sales campaigns ahead and schedule them in with 'FLEX Stock Promotions'.

Easily create promotions that will run during a defined timeframe and set which suppliers or brands the promotion will apply to.

When a frame included in the promotion is sold, the discount will be automatically applied and the promotion name is printed on the receipt.

Monitor promotion activity using the 'Discounts' report in business intelligence / general reports.
Patient Data Check
Ensure you have the most up-to-date patient information by using the handy 'Data Check' function.

The 'Data Check' function in FLEX lets you specify which fields on the patient record are important and need to be kept up to date.

Chosen fields will be highlighted to remind staff to check with the patient if anything has changed. A prompt when saving the record, if fields have not been completed, acts as a handy reminder.
Diary Slot Restrictions
Set patient appointment limits for each day.

Slot restrictions can be set for each day (AM & PM), allowing a maximum number of each appointment type to be added.

When booking an appointment and the appointment limit is reached a warning will be displayed to the user.

The release notes for the upcoming update to FLEX are available now for you to view and start planning how the changes can be incorporated into your business.
