This week we have seen an increased number of support tickers related to setting up lenses in FLEX, so here is a link to the online video which may help some of you.

Latest Patches - v1.5.5

  • HPP indicates patches that are downloaded and installed automatically
  • MTS indicates patches that have been loaded onto the 'Hosted FLEX' servers

*** If you would like any other patches applied please contact the helpdesk ***

  • #060: eGOS England
  • Downloads & installs the latest security certificate from PCSE, the current one is due to expire in October.
  • The patch is due to be released on Monday (as a HPP).
  • Once the patch is downloaded, Flex needs to restart as usual for it to take effect.
  • The PC will need to be restarted for windows to pick up the new certificate.
