Dispensing / Till


If a pair wasn't posted to the till when the dispense was confirmed it can still be posted later by using the 'Post to Till' option on the dispense pair menu (right-click the pair tab to open).

IOP History


When entering IOP's on a clinical record you can view the history in a popup window, including a handy graph that makes it easy to identify sudden changes in measurements.

The FLEX collection window brings useful information together in a single place. Why not add the collection widget to the homescreen or access it from the orders / WIP screens.

Due to maintenance, PCSE Online will be unavailable on the following dates and times:

  • Sunday 14 November, ​from 5pm until 11pm
  • Tuesday 16 November from midnight until 2pm on Wednesday 17 November.

FLEX Gets Digital Signature

The FLEX program is now digitally signed, giving you added peace of mind that when the installation program is downloaded to your pc you can trust it has not been tampered with or contain any malicious code that could harm your computer.


Our code signed software installers will be recognised by Windows as 'from a trusted publisher' and anti-virus / security software will treat FLEX with less suspicion.

Email Receipts


Did you know that FLEX can send a till receipt as an email attachment?


Receipts are created as PDF files and attached to a pre-set email template before being sent to the patients email address - if no address has been recorded the user will be prompted to ask the patient at the point of sale.

Latest Patches

  • HPP indicates high priority patches that are downloaded and installed automatically
  • MTS indicates patches that have been deployed to the 'Hosted FLEX' servers
