Important Update From Docmail

Docmail Price Change 2022


At Docmail we pride ourselves in providing you with the best service to help you send your important communications. Whether you are sending printed mail in envelopes or online communications, we aim to provide you with the very best value for this service.

 

We wanted to share an update with you that Royal Mail have announced a postal price increase that will come into effect in January 2022. This postal increase together with the escalating paper, carriage and energy prices means from the 5th January 2022, the cost of sending your documents through Docmail will increase by 5p per pack. All reverse side printing and additional sheets in the pack will remain at our current rates.

There is a handy patient account feature in FLEX, top-ups can be made via the till and money withdrawn to pay for goods - a full account history is also available

Email Customer Receipts


There may be occasions where a customer needs a copy of their receipt in an electronic format i.e. for claiming on insurance. A PDF copy of a receipt can be sent directly from the till, using the email address stored on the patient record - if no address exists you will be prompted to enter one. A template email can be created that will be used when the receipt is sent.

Directing printing to a specific printer


It is possible to direct different sections of FLEX to print to specific printers in the practice, you may want your orders to always print on the HP Laserjet that is in the lab or the dispense reports to always print in the dispense area - you can even set a specific printer for each document!
