Flyspray: Request Changes to FLEX

Flyspray is our online development tracker, a database of all the changes that are requested by users and when they are scheduled for release.


In Flyspray you can:


  • Request a change to be made to FLEX
  • View requests made by other practices
  • Vote on requests so that they get added sooner

Did you know that FLEX tracks all of your stock shelf items and re-order levels and adds them to the stock order list once they reach their replenish level?


Additionally you can search 'Items Sold Recently' to identify best selling brands and add those to the stock order list ready for replenishment.

This week, it's the turn of one of our software support analysts, 'Tyler Furnell', to tell us about himself....


"I joined Optinet back in June 2019 as a Software Support Analyst. I deal with your day to day issues along with looking after the FLEX contact lens database.


My hobbies away from work include Communal Story telling, music and sports.


Interesting Fact - I was the international Taekwondo Champion and have 50+ podium trophies and medals!"

  • HPP indicates high priority patches that are downloaded and installed automatically
  • MTS indicates patches that have been deployed to the 'Hosted FLEX' servers
