Hosted FLEX Scanning
Users on 'Hosted FLEX' can now scan documents directly onto a patients record in FLEX with our new scanning software.

With one click a document is scanned, uploaded and attached to the patient record - job done!

Hosted FLEX users, contact support if you would like to know more and to have FLEX Scanning installed.

Latest Patches - v1.5.5

  • HPP indicates patches that are downloaded and installed automatically
  • MTS indicates patches that have been loaded onto the 'Hosted FLEX' servers

  • #050: Zeiss Ordering
  • Fixes an issue with the FFV value when sent using integrated ordering
  • Adds the ability to store the path to an external browser to use when opening Visustore

  • #051: Appointments
  • Prevents an issue where after cutting an appointment, if it were cancelled or deleted before it was pasted to a new slot it caused a transaction error.

  • #052: System
  • A change to how we read/write to the databases

Address Lookup - Clean Data / Save Money
FLEX can link to an address lookup service to ensure that your patient records are accurate.

Addresses are verified against the Royal Mail postal address file.

Accurate data saves money by ensuring that mail is delivered to the correct address and will avoid the invalid address surcharges added when using 3rd party mailing services such as Docmail.
