Here's the overview of the St. Louis residential housing report for this week. THE MARKET IS HEATING UP IN JANUARY!!!
The first week of the new year is now in the books. Our market is off to a HOT start as New Listings are up this week jumping up from 461 last week to 714 this week, which is 253 more homes for sale!
Over 800 homes did a Price Drop this week! 🤯 Whenever I see price drops that, to me it means a lot of opportunity for home buyers & investors! That's a good amount of motivated sellers looking to sell at a reduced price verses only 499 last week.
92 more homes are Under Contract this week as we start the year off & 200 more homes are in Pending status moving closer to the Closed status.
