Free Member Shredding Event & School Supplies Fundraiser

Participants are encouraged to bring either a monetary donation or school supplies to be distributed to organizations supporting various school districts in our area. Updated Forms & Guidance Related to NAR Settlement
NAR continues to refine their guidance on necessary revisions to forms to comply with the NAR settlement agreement.

CTR made additional changes to the Exclusive Agreements, along with new compensation-related forms. They will be available from the various forms vendors CTR has license agreements with as soon as they are able to.

NHMR Scholarships Available - Apply by June 25
The application period for the New Haven Middlesex Realtors Foundation scholarships is open. Children, step-children or grandchildren of an NHMR member or employee are eligible. The application and criteria for qualification is available here. Application deadline is June 25th. The application is also available at www.nhmrealtors.com/foundation

Realtors in Need can apply for Assistance by June 20th
The Enjoy Life Fund was established by a group of close friends of longtime REALTOR Ed Della Valle to commemorate his spirit and philosophy of life. The Fund is designed to assist full-time Realtors in the Greater New Haven Area who are faced with large expenses, personally and/or for immediate family members, resulting from a health crisis.
Applications for support should be in the form of a concise letter noting circumstances together with a list of expenses incurred. The letter should be submitted by the individual (Realtor) or their care-giver. A request for a specific dollar amount should be included with information regarding what medical expenses the money will be used to offset.
Letters of application must be postmarked no later than June 20th and sent to:
