at Legislative Mall (Dover, DE)

Sponsored by Housing Alliance Delaware, this is their largest annual event where people act as housing advocates from throughout DE. You will educate legislators on housing problems and advocate for solutions. HAFTARAH FOR K’DOSHIM - AMOS 9:7 -15, Etz Hayim p. 705. Who was Amos? Why is he especially associated with social justice? What does Amos have to say here on the concept of the Jews being the chosen people? Can Amos’ view on being chosen be reconciled with that in the Parshah? What is the alternative Haftarah for K’doshim ?
