Free Member Shredding Event & School Supplies Fundraiser

NHMR Members - bring confidential paperwork to be professionally shredded, free of charge. To ensure a steady flow, we ask that you please register for a time slot. Participants are encouraged to bring either a monetary donation or school supplies to be distributed to organizations supporting various school districts in our area. Donations can also be made in advance when you register. Free Member shredding is made possible by our sponsor, Just Dump It!
NEW THIS YEAR! From 12:30 - 2:30 pm, Shredding will be open to the public for $10/box, with all funds benefitting the NHMR Foundation. Limit 10 boxes/bags. Funds raised for this event will go towards school supplies to be distributed to organizations supporting various school districts in our area. Clients cleaning out their houses, friends and family are able to participate.

DCP Fines for Late CE Completion
SALESPERSONS: IF YOU DID NOT COMPLETE YOUR CE CREDITS BY FEBRUARY 28TH YOU ARE LATE AND WILL RECEIVE A FINE FROM THE DCP
If a real estate licensee fails to complete their CE for any two-year license period, they must pay:
· $315 if CE is completed within 2 months after the CE completion deadline; or
· $625 if CE is completed within 2 to 4 months after the CE completion deadline.

Forget your Supra eKEY PIN? No problem! Now you can easily reset your PIN on your own, with the new “Forgot PIN” feature in the eKEY app. Follow these steps to get started:
- Install the latest version of the eKEY app from your app store.
- Enable phone lock authentication (Biometric/Face ID/PIN/Password) on your device.
- Ensure you have an email or mobile number registered with Supra system. Keyholders outside of the U.S. or Canada may only use their email to reset PIN.

NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun Predicts Falling Long-Term Interest Rates, Rising Existing-Home Sales in 2024
NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun forecasts that interest rates will fall in the long term, 2024 existing-home sales will rise to 4.46 million (up 9% from 4.09 million in 2023) and 2025 existing-home sales will increase to 5.05 million (up 13.2% from 2024) – with further gains in eight of the next 10 years.
