Greetings T&C Families and Friends,

Cooler weather is finally here, and our fall seasons are winding down. I hope all of you have been enjoying another great Fall sports season at T&C.

Basketball registration is now open, however, due to gym space limitations registration may be limited this year, so I encourage you to sign up now to avoid having to be wait-listed or unable to participate this year.

This Saturday, October 29th is going to be Volunteer (and officials) Appreciation Day at T&C. The sports seasons provided by T&C would not be possible without the hundreds of coaches and thousands of volunteer hours that make it all possible.

Please take a few minutes this weekend to thank the coaches, referees, and umpires that make it all happen. As a special thanks, Town and Country Optimist members invite all coaches and officials over to the main concession area (near fields 1 and 2 at the 9100 Meadowheath side of campus) this Saturday between 11:30am and 2pm for a hotdog and some lemonade… and to enter our coach and officials drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card! I hope to see many of you there and thank you in person.

Although the sports seasons for Fall are coming to an end, there is still lots going on at Town and Country. To help stay in shape and burn off some Thanksgiving calories, we will be hosting our first Turkey Trot Fun-Run on Sunday, November 27. More information on the event and registration options will be announced later this week. So, mark the day on your calendar and plan to come out and play with us!

The Fall season is wrapping up for most of our T&C Youth Sports Programs, however there's still much to look forward to on the horizon.

Spring Registration will open soon for our Spring sports programs. 

We are looking for Coaches, Commissioners, Board Members and Game Day volunteers for the upcoming Winter and Spring sports programs. 

No tricks here! Allow T&C to treat you, and show our appreciation for all y'all do. We cannot say thank you enough!
