Hi, my name is Kate and I’ve been running Kate’s Canine Care LLC since 2016. In the beginning, I didn’t know that it would turn into the lucrative business that it is today and I couldn’t be more grateful. I was attending college at Rutgers University, babysitting, and dog walking on the side. I realized quickly that I was not heading in the right direction. I knew in my heart that I wanted to work for myself (and with animals) because I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit.
I had no idea what was to come, but I put my whole heart and energy into creating my business. I started off on Rover, and then branched out and became an LLC with my own insurance. I became interested with marketing and advertising, and my business took off. What I do makes my heart so happy and I couldn’t be more thrilled about what I’ve created. I love the flexibility, working with wonderful animals every single day, and providing my customers with stellar pet care. This job allows me to live the life I want and have the freedom I desire.
